Pilates Studio Policies

Joanne Decorte Pilates

  • Private Pilates lessons cost $100 + hst per session.

  • Lessons are 55 minutes in duration.

  • Payment must be made in the form of cash or cheque made payable to Joanne Decorte.              In the event of an NSF cheque, the participant must pay the total due in cash, plus will be charged an additional $25.00 fee which will also be payable in cash only.

  • Lessons payments can be paid on a monthly basis.

  • Pilates sessions are scheduled in advance and requires at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.                                                        If a scheduled appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the client will be charged for the session.

  • If you are running late for your session, it is no problem, but be aware that your lesson will end at its original time because there is likely someone booked in after you.

  • If you are running early, please refrain from ringing the door bell more than 5 minutes before your lesson.

  • Sessions are non refundable.

  • Please avoid wearing perfume or cologne to class.
